Vajra (ヴァジュラ, Vajura) was the demon weapon partner to Asura and a warlord of the Eight Reaper Legions.[1]

Special Abilities[]
Full-Weapon Transformation (全身武器, Zenshin buki): As a demon weapon, Vajra is capable of transforming from a human form to that of a weapon[3]; As his namesake implies, he can transform into a literal vajra. His weapon form can resonate with his meisters and produce powerful blasts of lasers and orbs of energy. Such blasts can vary from intensity, resembling that of nuke.[4]

Born some after the creation of demon weapons by Arachne's hand, Vajra eventually joined the ranks of the Eight Reaper Legions as one of Death's warlords and served as the weapon partner of his son, Asura. During his tenure within the legion, he was likely present among the other members as Death was informed Asura killed offthe Witches in the East on his own.[1]

Eventually, Asura's paranoia and fear would cause him to yearn to become a Kishin in hopes of attaining power necessary to curb his fear of death. He would began secretly feeding Vajra souls not on Death's list.[5] Having come to fear his weapon partner, Asura then decided to consume Vajra whole within his weapon form to gain the ability to consume souls himself. Though this act seemingly killed Vajra himself, his weapon form remained inside Asura and granted him both its powers and its soul consuming ability necessary for him to become a Kishin.[1]
