Sound (音, Oto) is the ability in which relates to the manipulation/usage of sound.[1]
Overview
Sound allows it's user to manipulate sound itself, as the name implies. However, this can be used to easily combine with a Meister's Soul Perception abilities to heighten it's capabilities according to Franken Stein. In addition to this, it can be used offensively or propagate Madness.[1]
